I like the way that you have chosen to point the parts of the letters, but I would probably use less lines with the baseline, cap-height and x-height, maybe mark only one of each, instead of all three of each one. I would also work on the space between the design and the borders, it's too close. The title is taking a little too much attention from me, I think making it a bit smaller would redirect my attention to the anatomy itself, which I think is more important. Other than that, it is clean and friendly with your use of color.
My Response
I understood that each of the labels need space. The lines need to be the same weight, but they seem to change in the program. The hierarchy of the title and the masthead was definitely fighting each other and so I need to shrink it to make the design stand more out than the title.

My Own Critique
The background is grey and makes the colors greyed as well. A clean white background would be better because it doesn't grey the other colors. The line weights don't make clean connections and need to be cleaned up before I finish the final comp.
Class Critique
There was many different things said. Keep the border small for the concept of weight watchers. Make all the lines the same weight, make all the words go the same direction.
I want to fix all of the issues it has so it will be a better design, because before it was missing something and now I think with these fixes it will become better.
