Thumbnails:
I thought creating a grid behind each of the thumbnails might help me succeed in creating a good thumbnail that will be strong.
FIRST MAGAZINE
I really didn't like the first design but here it is.
Biggest reason I didn't like it was because I spent a lot of time making it very compartmentalized so I wanted to change it to be more together through out the whole designed.
Second design and final design
In this final design I spent a good majority of the time making all the pieces work across the spread to make each page work well together with all the pages. I kept my color scheme throughout the pages.
